You can rest assured that the Verascape implementation process is timely and painless.
There are five different stages of the implementation process:
Discovery
This is a series of conversations between our implementation teams to lay out the goals and objectives, expectations, and timelines. This also allows us to understand your current protocols, telephony infrastructure, contact center platform, and IT infrastructure.
Development
The Verascape team does all the heavy lifting when it comes to the technical work. Our developers build the user interface, integrate with your telephony infrastructure, both in-house and/or outsourced, and develop the API’s necessary to integrate with contact center and data systems, whether they are standard platforms or homegrown.
Test
Before we go live with any application, we go through a rigorous Q&A process to ensure that all the systems are working correctly in every scenario. Your team gets the final sign-off to make sure that everything is working the way it’s supposed to.
Go Live
Once your solution(s) are fully tested and approved, they are put into live production. We monitor all systems very closely to ensure that everything is working properly. In addition to providing real-time reporting, we can export interaction data to you for internal analysis.
Analyze and Optimize
Verascape generates and maintains an enormous amount of data on every customer interaction. We continuously analyze and optimize every aspect of an application to ensure the best customer journey and highest success rates.
